It’s amazing how often it happens.
In the last week, there have been 3 posts on the Pareto Principle (including one of my own). And those are just the ones I know about. Who knew Pareto was such a hot dude?
Why do we bother reading them?
It’s the unique spin on each story.
Brilliance Deflated
I remember when I first started blogging. It wasn’t that long ago (2008).
I threw all my passion into writing what I knew were moments of brilliance.
- Only to find out it’s all been done before
- Again and again
That sound is the hiss of a deflated ego.
But, then I thought about it. Just because it’s the same topic doesn’t make it the same story. If that was the case, victims of murder mysteries would have died out a long time ago.
Spin Therapy
Each of us brings something different to the table of life.
Our past, our relationships shape who we are. So, it puzzles me why we are so bent on labeling people. We cannot possibly know everything there is to know about a person.
That’s what makes each of us unique.
Assuming you are not totally ripping off the words of someone else, your story is yours to tell.
Revel in your uniqueness and spin us your own tale.
